Your best opportunities are buried in the work your team repeats every week.

Every business has work that just gets done. Somebody retypes an order that came in by email. Somebody compiles inventory and sales data from two different systems. And another person rebuilds the same report by hand every month. Nobody ever asked whether a person needed to do it, because for thirty years the answer was… yes.

Then there are questions you can't get your systems to answer. You have years of history sitting in multiple applications. But you're limited by the rigid reports that have already been built.

We solve both of these challenges. The repeated work starts going away, one piece at a time. And you gain the ability to ask the questions no report was built to answer.

A question sweeping across four business systems and returning a list of accountsA chat window asks which accounts are ordering less often, are down to only the items nobody else stocks, sat through two backorders this year, and asked for three quotes last quarter without placing an order. Below it, four systems are shown as columns of records: ERP, Inventory, Shipping and CRM. A wave sweeps horizontally through all four at once and lights a single record in each, leaving the rest dimmed. Underneath, three matching accounts are returned with the reason each one surfaced.Which accounts are ordering less often, down to only the items nobody elsestocks, sat through two backorders thisyear, and asked us to quote three timeslast quarter without placing an order?ERPInventoryShippingCRMMATCHING ALL FOURNorthgate Supply specialty lines onlyVega Mechanical order gap, two backordersRidgeline Plumbing quotes rising, orders flat

How It Works

We work in the gap between what you have and what you can ask

We put AI to work across the systems you already run. Above them rather than between them. It reads what is inside each one and it knows how your business works, so it can answer a question that touches five different kinds of records without anybody moving data anywhere.

Connected or not, one platform or six, the limit has been the same. You could only get the answers somebody had already built a report for.

Here's the part most people don't expect. Once AI is sitting above your systems, the question stops having to exist in advance. You can ask it something nobody ever built a report for, and it will go and find the answer.

That's how you find the problems while they're still fixable, and the revenue you've already paid to go get.

Current Work

What we're working on right now

A large foundation in New York City. We're finding the internal processes that take the most time and rebuilding them, so a small staff can handle more without adding people.

A fast-growing software company in the construction industry. They had a big partner database and knew there was opportunity in it. The data was messy and the targeting was not simple. We built the logic and the outreach plan their team could run.

A home services company with 1,200 dead leads sitting in their system. We narrowed those to 900 real ones, then down to the 21 highest-probability opportunities, using a buyer profile built from their own history. Each of the 21 came with a field book and a personal plan for the rep making the call. About $184,000 in identified opportunity.

A manufacturer where one report takes the controller most of a week to build every month, pulling from data exports, spreadsheets, and freight logs. She's the only person who knows how to do it. And month-end close often gets pushed as a result.

A midsize manufacturer with no CRM. Fifteen years of customer relationships live in the heads of nine sales executives, plus their spreadsheets, notebooks, and email. We're mining their Microsoft 365 history to pull as much of it as we can into one place.

A company that came to us asking about AI. The assessment found their real problem two steps upstream, in how they capture labor hours on paper forms. That's what we proposed fixing first.

Most of this work is underway. When there are results we can publish, we'll publish them.

Why This Keeps Paying

Any tool you buy, your competitor can buy too

We build this around your business. Your pricing, your routes, your customers, your rules. And every piece we add makes the last one better.

There's nothing your competitor can buy that matches it.

How We Work

Nobody should build until they know where to dig

Every engagement starts with an assessment. How deep it goes depends on the size of the company and how much there is to look at. The largest version runs two to four weeks and takes a lot of interviews. That's the one we call a Treasure Map.

  1. 01

    We go inside the business

Before anyone builds anything, we talk to the people doing the work. Not just the leadership team. The people on the phones, in the trucks, and in the back office.

  2. 02

    You get a ranked plan

Where AI will make the biggest difference, what each opportunity could return, and which one to do first.

  3. 03

The plan is yours to run

You can execute it yourself, with your own team, or with us. Most companies start with one piece and go from there.

We brought Ed in to tackle a complex growth challenge that our partner team hadn't had the bandwidth to properly dig into. We had a large base of partner contacts and knew there was opportunity there, but the problem was messy. The data needed work, the targeting logic was not simple, and the outreach strategy required more than a generic campaign. Ed helped us break the problem down and turn it into a clear, workable plan.

What stood out was Ed's ability to bring structure to ambiguity. He asked sharp diagnostic questions, listened well, and helped us think about the problem from angles we hadn't considered. The result was a repeatable approach our team could actually run with, not just a set of recommendations.

Let's talk for 25 minutes

Tell me what's taking up your team's week. I'll tell you whether there's anything here that could help. If there isn't, I'll say so. No pitch, and nothing to prepare.

If the conversation turns up something promising, the next step is usually a short assessment. We meet on Zoom for 60 minutes, and I ask a series of questions to find the area with the most upside and the best odds of working. Within three days you get a written report with your biggest opportunities, ranked. It's yours to keep either way.
